Result: In Phase 1 of our partnership with SDHS, we successfully identified key areas to transition from an affordable school to an affordable, high-performing, and future-ready institution. Our detailed analysis revealed the need to co-create clear structures, curriculum frameworks, and professional development opportunities for Principal, Coordinators, and teachers.
Based on these findings, we proposed optimization strategies that will enable the school to deliver quality education while maintaining affordability. These strategies ensure that the school can enhance their curriculum, streamline academic processes, and provide ongoing professional development to educators. By implementing our recommendations, the school has experienced significant improvements in academic outcomes, student engagement, and overall school performance.
