"Unnati Mantra": A year-long Continuing Professional Development program tailored for Moby School was suggested to Ms. Prita. We understood the school's needs and suggested five comprehensive workshops and one training session, we addressed classroom challenges through hands-on training in Student Settling, Behavior and Classroom Management, Montessori Material Usage, Lesson Delivery, and Storytelling. We had approached Ms. Shilpi to conduct a comprehensive training program for our preschool teachers. We were very impressed with the way the program was conducted. Our teachers thoroughly enjoyed the training and we have already started seeing a lot of changes in their class. Ms. Shilpi was very professional and ensured that she understood the needs of the school before she suggested the training for our teachers.
